Data processed
When you visit, hosting services receive technical data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, headers and browser information. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. There are no registration forms or user accounts. Providing information by email is voluntary, although we need a return address to reply.
Calculators and language
Calculations run in your browser. Using the shopping action passes the volume and units to the bag calculator through URL parameters, which may appear in browser history and hosting logs. The root URL may select a language using the approximate country provided by Cloudflare and your browser language; we do not use GPS location or create location profiles.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is used to deliver the website, maintain security and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in operating an accessible and secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Contact information is used to answer your enquiries, based on the legitimate interest in responding to them. Where an enquiry requests steps prior to entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies. Rights requests and legal obligations are handled under Article 6(1)(c). Messages are not used to subscribe you to marketing campaigns.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, viewed pages, approximate country and loading performance through a browser script. According to Cloudflare, this service uses neither cookies nor local storage and does not identify individuals. We review aggregate reports to improve the website, without advertising profiles. We do not send contact messages or calculator inputs as analytics events. Cloudflare does not log URL query parameters in Web Analytics. Reports are accessible for the previous six months.
Language cookie
Selecting ES or EN sets the first-party mgt_language cookie to remember your requested language. Its value is es or en, its maximum lifetime is one year and its scope is this domain. It is an interface preference, not an advertising identifier. You can change it using the selector or delete it in browser settings; the website remains accessible through /es/ and /en/.
Services used
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and website protection. Porkbun forwards messages sent to the public address and Apple iCloud Mail is used to receive and handle them. Fonts load from Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google and sends the technical data needed to download fonts. Providers may process data within their services; links to their policies appear below. External websites apply their own terms.
International transfers
These providers operate globally and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies describe applicable transfer mechanisms: Cloudflare states that it uses the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; Apple and Porkbun describe standard contractual clauses and other mechanisms depending on the service. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your enquiry. We do not claim that all data is stored exclusively in Spain or the European Union.
Retention
The language cookie expires within one year. Messages are kept while needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up, then deleted unless retention is needed to meet legal obligations or address liabilities within applicable limitation periods. Provider technical logs and backups follow their service retention criteria; we do not operate a database of calculation history. You may request deletion of your enquiries, subject to legal limits.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing [email protected] with your request. Do not send an identity document initially: we only request proportionate additional information if there are reasonable identity doubts. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects or create advertising profiles.
Advertising and updates
This version does not include Google AdSense, Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The Search Console verification tag does not install visitor tracking scripts.
